How BigRock compares
Most HR suites sell timesheets, leave and compliance as separate modules, then price each one per head. BigRock puts the lot in a single plan at £1 per user/month — statutory leave records, per-worker leave statements and daily working-time records included as standard. No tiers, no paid add-ons, no "request a quote".

Pricing notes
- BigRock — One plan, everything included — no tiers, no paid add-ons.
- Timetastic — Pro is the top generally-available tier and covers leave only — it has no timesheets or time clock. Timetastic's Rota & Time Clock tier (£5.50) adds those, but is early access behind a waitlist and cannot be bought today. Business is £1.50.
- Clockify — Standard is the lowest tier with timesheet approvals and time off: $6.99/seat billed monthly ($5.49 billed annually). Clockify prices in USD, so the sterling cost moves with the exchange rate. The free plan caps at 5 users and excludes approvals and time off.
- Sage HR — Core HR + Leave Management £4.60 + Timesheets module £2.30, ex VAT, per Sage's own pricing calculator.
- BrightHR — Core HR is quote-based: £83.35/month for 5 staff, i.e. £16.67 a head. BrightHR states prices start from £3.00 per person depending on business size, so larger teams pay materially less than the figure shown.
- Breathe HR — Micro plan (1–10 staff) £24 + Rota, Time & Attendance add-on £11. Priced per business account, not per user — that is £3.50 a head at 10 staff but £11.67 at 3. Annual billing saves roughly 15% on the core plan.
- Access PeopleHR — Core £5.50 + the Timesheets and rotating work patterns add-on £1.50. Timesheets are standard on Pro at £8.
- Deputy — Core is the lowest tier listing timesheet approval (Lite at £3.25 omits it). £20/month minimum spend per invoice.
- Factorial — Core; timesheets/leave require the paid Time module, price on request.
Feature notes
- Shift planning / rota — Sage HR sells Shift Scheduling as a separate module on top of the Core HR + Leave + Timesheets configuration priced here, and Clockify's Scheduling starts on Pro rather than the Standard tier priced here — both are marked as costing extra, not as missing.
